We are here to support you through the life of the equipment that you have.
WARRANTY: Nothing we sell comes with an "on site warranty" ALL NEW items will have a manufacturers warranty and this MAY mean that a local agent can provide warranty. If you need advice on this plesae contact us, we will advise who can help and where they are, If local help is not available we can advise how best to get the item back to us.
SERVICE: we do not offer an on site service option but we can service most things here at our Welwyn Garden City Site.
ADVICE: If you just need advice contact us. We can help with how and where to use things as well as how to look after them and even how to sell them !
