- Tornado Boats Close UK Factory
After an association of nearly 20 years between Barnet Marine and Tornado Boats International it is with great sadness we have to report that Tornado Boats have closed their UK Factory. Whilst we are not the Tornado factory we can help with many parts, retubes and general advice. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any help.

- Time to say who XS really are !
XS RIBS continue to go from strength to strength and we thought that is was about time we came clean as to who XS actually are ! XS is a consortium of former Tornado staff headed up by Laurence Lock of Barnet Marine, We must emphasise that the XS range were all designed from scratch but obviously the style and apperance of the craft reflect the pedigeee of all the staff. The exstensive XS factory is "up north" but at this time we are not opening it to the public. This young company has approached the Rib market with the experience of 20 years in the field but the mind set of constant development.

- Martin Saggers Avon Expert
Martin has been with us for 2 years and in that time has taken on responsibility for the Avon sales. Martin mans the Avon stand for barnet Marine at both London and Southampton boat shows. He has exstensive experience in Ribs and knows the Avon / Bombard product in side out, look him up at a boat show or contact him in the office martin@ribs.co.uk
- HydroPort II Jet Ski Dock
The HydroPort II Jet Ski Dock has been the run away success we always thought it would be this year !! The Floating Platform which you can use singularly or as part of a raft of several has proven VERY popular with marinas all over the UK as well as in single use on private berths or in lakes.
