- XS Deliver new Humberside Police Boat
XS RIBS continue to go from strength to strength, XS is a consortium of former Tornado staff headed up by Laurence Lock of Barnet Marine, We must emphasise that the XS range were all designed from scratch but obviously the style and apperance of the craft reflect the pedigeee of all the staff. The exstensive XS factory is "up north" but at this time we are not opening it to the public. This young company has approached the Rib market with the experience of 20 years in the field but the mind set of constant development. XS have just delivered a Commercial 9 m craft powered by TWIN F 200 VERADO Mercury 4 stroke engines. Tis prestigious craft was on the XS stand at the London Boat Show and was deployed in January 2010 to patrol the Humberside Coast, she is based in Hull Marina. Martin is our Resident Avon, Zodiac and Bombard expert. He represents us at the London and Southampton Boat Show. It is all change with Avon and Zodiac and within a year or so they will be one brand with a simplified range.
